American Airlines Increases Long-Haul Capacity For Northern Winter 2025/2026

American Airlines is increasing capacity for its long-haul network during the Northern Winter 2025/2026 season (October 26, 2025 through March 28, 2026):

  • Miami (MIA) to Buenos Aires (EZE) - Add 4th daily flight starting December 18

  • Dallas (DFW) to Sao Paulo (GRU) - Increases from 7x to 10x weekly starting December 3

  • Dallas (DFW) to Dublin (DUB) - Season extended from end of October 2025 to early January 2026

  • Dallas (DFW) to Kona (KOA) - Returns on November 20 with a 1x daily 787-8, last served in early 2022 (originally planned to launch in December 2024)

  • Los Angeles (LAX) to Auckland (AKL) - Boeing 777-200ER replaces 787-8 starting December 3

  • Philadelphia (PHL) to Athens (ATH) - Season extended from end of October to November 18
